I must say i was quite surprised when I started p90x2. I liked the first p90x, however i would not say I loved it. i believed Kenpo was a waste of your time and also the yoga was to long. I started p90x2 a few weeks back and man was I struggling.
The first part included alot of balancing and working on your core. It can get frustrating doing certain moves on medication balls initially, however when awhile your body starts to handle it better. Most weight lifters might be turned off by part one in all the program. It extremely does not need alot of dumbbell work and it works on things traditional gym goers don’t sometimes do. Howvever i can’t stress enough that it works and burns. change is nice.
I simply started part two and it’s more things that i am better at (curls, kicksbacks, etc). you do not understand how vital part one was till your balancing on one leg doing all of your favorite lifting moves. You get most more out of the target area by adding this new Obstacle.
I highly suggest p90x2 to anyone needing to be in top shape. i am now a believer in tony horton.
UPDATE. when being two weeks into part two, i must say I actually have never looked better. i am truly shocked the program is functioning this well. the most important distinction is that my core is developing that shredded look. i am honestly shocked that some individuals are relinquishing during part 1. i am getting the design i wished from insanity, however truly keeping my muscle ( and that i acumen to eat in all probability 6-7 meals each day with various veggies and protein). amazing program when given an opportunity.
